Often the most important way of evaluating a
company is by the comments from customers, and just as
importantly, comments from suppliers. Below are just a

"Both Anna and I had a fantastic time – the
safari was amazing. We both felt we had the best guide
around (Joseph), who spotted everything from leopard
to rhino and took us away from the crowds to the
better kept secrets in the parks. We were is the
Serengeti in time to see the wildebeest migration
which was truly memorable. The Serena accommodation
was excellent,with good food and fantastic locations and views. The
Kifaru coffee plantation was a very relaxing place to
stay after our safari, with tropical flowers and
beautiful lawned gardens, a very welcome atmosphere
and fantastic food and service.
Zanzibar lived up to our high expectations as well.
The Emerson and Green hotel is the place to
stay in Stonetown. Dinner at the Tower Tops (?)
restaurant overlooking the city as the sun set was a
highlight there as well (need to book both rooms and
dinner well in advance – North room and Ball rooms
were the best we saw as we snooped round!).
Breezes was excellent as well. The weather was ok
for June, as hoped - cloudy in the morning and then
clearing in the afternoon, which meant we could go on
excursions etc in the mornings and sunbathe in the
afternoon. We went swimming with wild dolphins off the
south coast one morning, which is a must. Snorkelling
near the hotel was excellent also. Breezes was the
perfect place to relax before returning to work - the
white sand and palm trees of the east coast make this
as close to paradise as I have ever got.
All our arrangements went to plan, with seamless,
reliable connections and transfers. Great after long
flights.

Returned from ZAN on Sunday night.
Your transfers & hotel arrangements worked
perfectly. We turned up at the airport/docks to be
meet by name boards & happy drivers. The staff
were helpful & polite, we used them for some
local tours. All the staff in the hotels were
pleased to see us & we had no problems at all.
We enjoyed all the accommodation but my
personal/Pauline's favourite was the Mnarani beach.
Your choice for us was perfect. We sat by the camp
fire under star light watching the ocean &
drinking very nice drinks with a BBQ , complete with
chef. A very well done the Mnarani beach.
I will pass your web address & your personal
contact to several colleagues, as they have
expressed interest in my photos & my thoughts on
ZAN.
A very professional service, a credit to the travel
industry.

Sorry for the delay in replying.
A big thank you for all the work done for our
holiday. Everything went very smoothly and it was a
great holiday.
The accommodation in Zanzibar was wonderful -
Emerson and Green was a fantastic, atmospheric hotel
and was a real treat. I would recommend this place
to anyone - in spite of the 5AM call to prayer. The
trips to kizimkaze and the forest were good and
organised well.Manta Reef was also excellent and has
a wonderful location. For 3 nights we were the only
people in the lodge. The diving was excellent and
the sea life was the equal if not better of the
sites in the Caribbean and Australian Barrier Reef I
have been to.
The dive support and the hotel service was also of a
high standard for the island.
Overall it all went very smoothly and exceeded
expectations. A great holiday and when we next need
a trip to Africa I shall get back in touch.
